Twice Upon a Time will refund the purchase amount in the form of credit. Only in the event of a defect in the item or a fault attributable to the store, can the return be made by bank transfer. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the products.

Like New
Books in “Like New” condition are in excellent condition, with little to no signs of use. They may have light wear from handling or storage, but are otherwise free of major defects. Covers are clean, pages are clean, and the spine is unbent.

Very Good
“Very Good” books are in excellent overall condition. They may have a spine with a more visible crease, while the rest of the book is in excellent condition, or they may have other minor signs of use—such as light corner wear or light marks—while the spine remains in very good condition, with almost no damage.

Good
Books in “Good” condition have been used extensively, but are still in excellent readable condition. There may be some creases, light wear, or small marks, but all pages are intact and the book is still fully readable.
